Want to Have a Vertical Jump Like Kobe Bryant?
If you have seen Kobe Bryant sky through the air in an NBA game or seen his TV commercial where he jumps over a speeding Aston Martin then you no doubt have wondered how Kobe got such an impressive vertical jump.

- Squats - Lifting weights for power and explosiveness is almost unparalled for its vertical increasing powers. Squats are a prime example of a vertical jump increasing power weighlifting movement.
Bottom line, Kobe is blessed with a lot of natural talent but the only way for you to find out if you can measure up to Kobe's vertical jump is for you to put in all of the hard work that Kobe put in.
