It is very durable because it does not loose shape or bends easily. The 2 grills are hand-formed without utilizing dies and presses, and Busa fairings as templates to ensure an exact fit are used instead. All grills are then trial fitted before going thru a quality nickel and chrome electroplating process; not spray chrome to ensure quality of material used. Once plated to a brilliant show finish, each grill is thoroughly inspected and trial fitted for a final time before packaging. These fairing screens fit the 99-07 Hayabusa motor bike.

The Hayabusa Chrome Fairing Screens (8 Pieces) and the Hayabusa Chrome Fairing Screens (6 pieces) are also hand-formed fairing screens.  Each set comes with 3 grills for each side fairing that will hide that unsightly radiator and header, and 2 grills for the tail section that replace those plain, stock, black pieces. The instruction manual teaches exactly where each piece of screen is to be attached. It can be installed in approximately an hour and a half. It also fits the 99-07 Hayabusa series.
